While we’re based on Vancouver Island, we train athletes all across BC, with extensive knowledge of Sea to Sky area mountain terrain as well. We aim to make your training as fun as it is effective. For longer weekend training sessions, we incorporate mountain adventures that align with your progression. This could mean tackling a specific trail, summiting a particular peak, or focusing on climbing areas and routes that match your goals. Whether you’re preparing for a challenging alpine traverse or looking to improve your climbing skills, we tailor every session to your needs. This hands-on, adventure-driven approach is at the heart of the VI Mountain Training philosophy: practical, personalized, and purpose-built to get you ready for the mountains.
